Career Goal

My career goal is something you can't go to school for. It's something you can teach, but you can't be taught. It comes natural to the body whether you or male or female. The biggest component of it is confidence, which also can not be taught. My career goal is to be an international model. I've started off here in Detroit, MI about a year ago and was lucky enough to be given a chance. Even though looks are key to this industry and you have to have the "right look", but another important part of it is you have to know how to write, to persuade, and talk. No one wants a stupid model and trust me everyone… models are not dumb. Writing affects your career big time for modeling. They like girls who know proper grammar and know what they are doing. You think you don't have to write papers to "model?" Guess again. You do. You have to write to agencies you want to be signed with by telling them about yourself, your career, where you came from, how far you've gotten, and a resume. Also, communicating in general is important in the fashion industry. They like you if you have a good personality, you know what you are doing, you know how to talk to agencies, bookers, and casting directors.
